New version of Arknow

| The new version
of Arknow is fully operational on Microsoft Windows
XP and with the new version of Office. |

The new version
of Arknow, the tool developed by Fihoca for structuring
documents in web environments and for the automatic generation
of HTML pages, is now available. |
| |
|
| |
From now on, it
supports the XP versions of both Windows and Office to
allow authors of documents to work with their usual tools
in line with the Arknow range. |
| |
|
| |
The help has also
been extended to enable new users to learn faster: there
is an expanded version of the Reference Manual and a new
Tutorial (Learn to Use Arknow in 23 minutes), aimed at
helping you achieve results from the very start. |

The "Process
Map" application wins an award at the FQM Forum |
| |

The management
system based on the "Process Map" application,
developed by Deployment Consultants and Fihoca for Andorra's
BI/BM, has been awarded an European Management Excellence
price in the annual FQM Forum meeting, held in Barcelona
in November, 2002. |

The "Process
Map" application provides an advanced solution for
the companies to manage their processes under an unifying
concept of process performance. Such a solution allows
the performance evaluation of all, or part, the business
processes of a company, facilitating the alignment of
continuos improvement initiatives with the business global
strategy. It also allows a more precise evaluation of
individual performance and the associated variable retribution,
also facilitating the Management decision making process. |

This application,
initially developed for Andorra's BI/BM, has been implemented
with a generic design in order to allow its use in a growing
number of enterprises. |

Currently under
implementation is the functional capabilities needed to
support the "Balanced Scorecard" concept. |
